We are a small independently owned management consulting firm that works with Australian Financial Services Licensees in the Financial Advice, Superannuation and Banking space.  


Founded in 2022, we have built a specialist name in Financial Services.  Leveraging our deep relationships with Executive teams across Financial Advice, Wealth and Superannuation we have delivered major transformation and integration programs  successfully.

Over 30 years of experience in Wealth Management. I have worked as a Senior Executive in Afor 3 of the 4 major Australian Banks, a large llisted wealth manager and KPMG Consulting.  I have delivered major programs  in Australia, the United Kingdom and Singapore.

Shane O'Donovan
